Nicholas John2 Weyker (Michael1) was born 27 January 1866 at Town of Belgium, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin, the son of Michael and Elizabeth (Wester) Weyker. His birth is recorded in Ozaukee County birth records, v. 3, no. 86, registered 3 September 1872. Note that Peter Weyker's birth record says he was born "8 June 1865", or approximately seven and one-half months before Nicholas John Weyker was born. This is unlikely. There is probably some error in the birth dates.

He died 26 December 1955, age 89, of _______________, at Oconomowoc, _____________ County, Wisconsin, and he is buried in St. Mary’s Cemetery at Port Washington. See _______________ County death records, v. ______, no. ________.

He married Marg. Mary Hein 8 August, 1892 at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church at 117 East Van Buren Street, Port Washington, Ozaukee County. Reverend B. Elskamp presided. Witnesses were John P. At the time of their marriage, Nicholas John Weyker was a merchant at Port Washington. During his lifetime he also was a farmer.

She was born 30 September 1868 at Port Washington, the daughter of Andrew and Margaret (Weyker) Hein. Her birth is recorded in ___________ County birth records. She died 16 August 1927, age 59, of _______________, at Dousman, _____________ County, Wisconsin, and she is buried in St. Mary’s Cemetery at Port Washington.
